“Scandal Makers” not only brings a gentle, emotional film but also makes many audiences excited by the appropriate soundtrack.
Under the production supervision of music director Only C, the soundtrack is carefully invested and made a mark.
“Tam su tuoi 30” – Trịnh Thăng Bình
Opening the soundtrack of the movie “Scandal Makers” is the song “Tam Su Tuoi 30” composed and performed by Trinh Thang Binh. Since the release of the trailer, the song has received a lot of attention from the audience. After joining the film crew, Trinh Thang Binh composed this song overnight.
“Tam Su Tuoi 30” is the heart of people in the age of “disparity”. Perhaps that’s why the song received a lot of sympathy. Many people must have experienced the feeling of “going through a third of life but the heart is still alone”, or a long time without the feeling of loving and missing someone, as the lyrics mention.
The interesting point of “Tam Su Tuoi 30” is evoking feelings full of narrative mixed with cuteness. Many viewers have shared this song on their personal page with their 30-year-old love and concern story. The song also once again affirms Trinh Thang Binh’s ability to create hits. Along with the experienced voice and the mind drawn from the main character of the film, Trinh Thang Binh turned the song to life.
“Vi yeu la nho” – Han Sara
Different from the narrative in “Tam Su Tuoi 30”, “Vi Yeu La Nho” brings a new atmosphere. Hitting the psychology of hearts in love with the sweet performance of Han Sara – the girl who came out of Vietnamese Voice 2017, “Vi Yeu La Nho” put on a lovely and emotional performance.

Son Huy’s first love for “5 years older girl”, his later love for his grandson’s teacher, or Mi Tran’s puppy love…, all wrapped up in lyrics that make everyone somehow related: “Because love is remembering, because love is a dream, once met, I fell in love, and that feeling is for a lifetime”.
The song is very suitable for those who have just fallen in love, even just from a glance at someone.
“Doi day toi” – Only C
Not writing about love, “Doi day toi” is simple but brings a lot of contemplation, from difficulties and stumbling blocks to having to face and overcome.
Only C shared that it took him the whole Tet season to complete the song. At first, he planned to make a love-themed song, but then he decided to change it so it took 2 weeks to complete. “I’m a fan of the Korean version of Grandfather 30 years old. When I watched the Vietnamese version, I saw the charms that fit my culture. For me, this is a quite successful film adaptation”, Only C shares.

With a gentle melody, matching the content as well as the message of “Scandal Makers”, the song “Doi day toi” promises to be the next successful product of the duo Only C – Nguyen Phuc Thien.
“Uoc gi” – Han Sara
In addition to the 3 invested soundtrack songs, the audience was quite surprised when “Uoc gi” – a once-popular song – was also incorporated into the film. With the new softer mix, many viewers shared that they were completely immersed in the song while watching the movie.

For the 8X and 9X generations, “Uoc gi” has been associated with their childhood, going through love affairs, and growing up with them, so it will be natural for the audience to feel the meaning of the song when put in the movie.
Han Sara once again scored points when performing a song that was very popular in her own sense. It can be said that with the careful investment from script content to music, “Scandal Makers” has made its own mark even though there were quite a few comparisons with the Korean version before.
